Server log data and data that your browser automatically transmits to us.
Contact Form
When you send us inquiries via contact forms, your details from the inquiry forms including the contact data you provide there are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent. The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies.
Comment Function on This Website
A comment function on our website allows you to post comments on blog articles. In addition to your comment, information about the time of creation of the comment, your email address and, if you do not post anonymously, the username you have chosen are stored. The comments and associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the commented content has been completely deleted or the comments must be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments). Comments are stored on the basis of your consent. You can revoke consent you have given at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Audio and Video Conferences, Trainings and Events
Conference tools are used to communicate with prospective or existing contractual partners or to offer certain services to our customers. When you communicate with us via video or audio conference over the internet or telephone, your personal data is collected and processed by us and the provider of the respective conference tool. The conference tools collect and process all data that you provide/use for using the tools, as well as all contextual information about the conference. Furthermore, the tool provider processes all technical data necessary for handling online communication. If content is exchanged, uploaded or otherwise made available within the tool, it is also processed on the servers of the tool providers. Such content includes in particular cloud recordings, chat/instant messages, voicemails, uploaded photos and videos, other files, whiteboards and other information shared during use of the service. Please note that we do not have full influence over the data processing operations of the tools used. Newsletter
If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. The data you have stored with us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted after unsubscribing. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected.
