- Accompanying training materials will be distributed at the beginning of events — where expressly stated in the event program. Pre-delivery and post-delivery of these materials is not possible.
- The event materials, all distributed documents and all materials used or created during the event are protected by copyright and may not be passed on, even in excerpts, without the express written consent of the author, nor may they be reproduced — except for personal use. Any (partial) reproduction, reprinting or translation and distribution to third parties without express consent of the author is prohibited and constitutes a copyright infringement that will be prosecuted under criminal and civil law.

Registration, Contract Formation and Contract Terms
- For public events, you can register on our website via the online booking system, by letter or by email.
- Registration will be confirmed by us in writing or by email after receipt. The contract between Yevhen Domchenko and the participant is concluded when this confirmation of registration is received by the participant.
- In-company and private events can be requested by email, via our website, by letter, or other common means of communication. The request will be processed by us upon receipt. You will then receive an individual offer.
- After confirmed but unpaid booking of the respective event, you will receive the invoice by email. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account stated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number.
- Only payments received before the start of the event entitle participation. Participation fees are due 2 days before the start of the event, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
- If a different payment deadline is stated on the invoice, the invoiced amounts are to be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice without discount or deduction. The participant or client has no right of retention.
- If the invoice has not been paid before the start of the event, Yevhen Domchenko may refuse you entry to the event. Your payment obligation remains in this case.
Right of Withdrawal
If participants have become contractual partners of Yevhen Domchenko, they have the following right of withdrawal as consumers:
- You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Yevhen Domchenko within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal should be directed to: Yevhen Domchenko, Ferdinand-Happ-Strasse 49, 60314, Frankfurt am Main, Tel: +49 176 87204973, Email: hello@dostride.com
- Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the contract has been fully performed on both sides at your express request before you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
- If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
- If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Schedule Changes, Cancellation and Event Cancellation
- Yevhen Domchenko reserves the right not to hold an event if an instructor is unexpectedly unavailable, in the event of instructor cancellation, or in the event of force majeure. You will be informed in a timely manner.
- Up to one day before the start of the event, Yevhen Domchenko reserves the right not to hold an event if the minimum number of participants is not reached. You will be informed in a timely manner.
- Yevhen Domchenko reserves the right to change the location, instructor or timing of the event. In these cases, you will also be informed in a timely manner and may cancel your participation free of charge within five business days of notification.
- If an event is cancelled by Yevhen Domchenko, the participation fee paid will be refunded immediately, or the participant has the option, in consultation with Yevhen Domchenko, to book an equivalent event from the Yevhen Domchenko portfolio.
Withdrawal and Non-Attendance
- Unless otherwise contractually agreed, 100% of the participation fee is due for events in the case of cancellation or rebooking up to 14 days before the start of the event.
- If you do not attend a booked event or cancel your participation for reasons other than changes to event times or venue initiated by us, the full participation fee will be charged and no refund of participation fees will be made.
- If you wish to rebook your event, this can be done once free of charge up to 14 business days before the event. For rebookings within 14 business days before the event, the full participation fee will be charged and the participation fee for the new event will also be charged. Rebooking must be made in writing. The rebooking will be confirmed by us in writing or by email after receipt. The contract between Yevhen Domchenko and the participant is concluded when this confirmation of rebooking is received by the participant.
- Further claims against Yevhen Domchenko are excluded.
Prices
- Unless otherwise agreed, event fees include the costs of event materials and, for public in-person events, use of the venue, coffee and tea and one meal.
- Yevhen Domchenko is entitled to adjust the applicable prices and tariffs, provided this is communicated in writing with a notice period of three months. In the event of a price increase, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract within seven days of notification of the price increase. Services already rendered are to be paid for.
Liability
Claims for damages and reimbursement of expenses by the participant or client (hereinafter referred to as "claims for damages"), regardless of the legal basis, are excluded.
The exclusion of liability in the preceding clause does not apply:
- In the case of liability under the Product Liability Act;
- In cases of intent or gross negligence;
- In the case of culpable injury to life, body or health;
- In the case of breach of material contractual obligations, i.e. obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the participant/client regularly relies and may rely. In the case of slight negligence, liability for breach of material contractual obligations is limited to compensation for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage, unless Yevhen Domchenko is liable for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under the Product Liability Act.
- Any further liability is excluded regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim; this applies in particular to tortious claims or claims for reimbursement of futile expenses instead of performance.
Data Processing
- When you register for an event or book an event, personal data such as names, your email address, a billing address and a phone number are stored.
- Yevhen Domchenko stores and processes this data exclusively for the registration, execution and billing of the event as well as for marketing of other products and services of Yevhen Domchenko.
- With their consent to data use, the participant agrees that their data may be used by Yevhen Domchenko for marketing purposes and that they will receive interesting information from Yevhen Domchenko.
- Yevhen Domchenko will not use personal data for purposes other than those stated above. Personal data will only be passed on to third parties if the participant has given express consent or Yevhen Domchenko is obliged to release this data, e.g. due to a court order or official directive, or an event is conducted in cooperation with other companies.
- Yevhen Domchenko is entitled to process and use personal data insofar as this is necessary for advertising and market research for its own purposes and for the needs-based design of services.
- For events leading to certification, the data necessary for certification will be shared with the respective certification bodies. Data will only be stored for as long as necessary for contract performance or as required by law.
Final Provisions
- German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main.
- Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be void for whatever reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
- Oral agreements require written confirmation to be effective.
